One of the major requests for DnD Beyond since the service launched has been to provide some kind of digital discount for players who buy a physical copy of a Dungeons and Dragons book. Although that isn’t the direction Wizards of the Coast is currently planning to go, there is an exciting one-time offer for players who pre-order a physical version of Mythic Odysseys of Theros early enough. Players who are able to take advantage of the deal will be able to earn a 50% off coupon code for the digital version of the upcoming book.

Mythic Odysseys of Theros is an upcoming campaign setting book that provides players and DMs with options for running adventures in the popular Greek-inspired Magic: The Gathering setting. According to the latest DnD Beyond development update, a deal is available for shoppers who pre-order the physical copy at a WPN local game or comic shop. Each participating WPN location has received 20 unique 50% off codes for the digital version of the book. Interested parties should contact their local store ASAP before the codes sell out.
Although the physical edition of the book has been delayed to July 21, the digital version is still slated to become available on June 2. Because the game stores already have the discount codes, many players have been able to receive their code and activate the pre-order to unlock digital bonuses and be ready to dive right into the book on June 2. Although this bundle is incredibly exciting and provides a good value for shoppers who wanted a physical and digital version anyway, it doesn’t sound like players should come to expect this sort of deal with every new sourcebook or adventure.
Dungeons and Dragons: Mythic Odysseys of Theros will be available on DnD beyond June 2. The physical edition has been delayed to July 21.
